OUR RECRUITMENT PATHWAY

  • Candidate provides CV with full employment and education history
  • A Nurses Now screening interview by Skype
  • An employer interview by Skype Successful candidate will receive job offer letter including details of contracted hours, pay rates and loan arrangements
  • Copies of the following documents are to be supplied prior to the UK. The originals must be brought to the UK for verification by the employer:
  1. Passport and ID card
  2. General Nursing certificate and translated copy
  3. NMC PIN number
  4. Home country Police check and translated copy
  5. 2 x employment references and translated copies
  • A start date will be set and accommodation will be secured for the candidate Advice and guidance will be provided for flights and transfers to the candidate’s destination
  • On arrival at the destination the candidate will be met by a representative of the employer who will take them to the accommodation
  • As pre-arranged with the employer the candidate will start employment on the agreed date. Completion of the DBS Disclosure, training and induction will start on the first day
